Requesting a Return or Cancellation

To request a return or cancellation, customers must sign in to their account and submit their request through their order portal.

Once submitted, our team will review your request and provide the next steps where applicable.

Returns

In accordance with applicable consumer laws, customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order where legally required.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn, unused and unwashed

• Be returned in their original packaging

• Be in their original condition with all tags intact

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

• Hijabs

• Undercaps

• Personalised or custom-made items

These items are considered final sale and cannot be returned once purchased.

Sale Items

Items purchased during promotions, discounts, or marked as sale items are final sale and non-refundable where permitted under applicable law.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been prepared for shipment, we are unable to guarantee cancellation.

Faulty or Incorrect Orders
