Shipping policy

We are pleased to offer UK mainland and worldwide shipping on all orders.

We currently offer flat rate shipping for all UK and qualifying international orders. Further details can be found at checkout.

Orders returned to Khalíla Atelier by the courier due to incorrect or incomplete address will be subject to further reshipment costs.

International orders maybe be subject to customs, clearance or duties fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

For further details on potential customs and duties fees, we advise contacting your local customs office directly.

Please note that once your items have been successfully shipped by us, they are in your care.

We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect delivery addresses, or any missing, stolen or lost shipments after they are handed over to the carrier. If for any reason your item is missing after being marked 'delivered', we recommend you file a claim directly with the carrier.
